Free Trial
At the conclusion of your trial period, you have the option to become a member by submitting your credit card information during the sign-up process. If you choose to discontinue your membership, you are free to do so at time by following the membership cancellation process.
Membership Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your Alpha1 Investor membership, you must notify us of your intention to cancel at least seven (7) days prior to the next scheduled payment in your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. You can easily cancel your membership anytime within your Alpha1 Investor account, and your account access will terminate at the end of your current billing period. If you need to cancel your membership during the free trial period, please ensure to do so at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the trial period. In case you encounter any issues with cancelling your membership, please contact us at invest@alpha1Investor.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request". Please note that we are unable to process refunds if more than twenty-four (24) hours have passed since the renewal of your membership.
